Our lease has been terminated and we are now in the final devastating process of having to close down.

Our Termination Schedule is as follows:

Sunday 21st December - Last day of our Kitchen Service

22nd, 23rd, 24th December - Hot and Cold Drinks, Sweets, Ice-Creams and Fries

25th - 4th January - Closed

5th January - 25th January (our Last Day) - Sales of Furniture, Memorabilia, Kitchen and Front of House Items with Hot and Cold Drinks, Counter Food, Ice-Creams

26th January - 31st January - Closed (unless your here to pick up large furniture items only)

Conveniently located in the old defence buildings on Shelly Bay Road, Chocolate Fish is the perfect waterfront spot. With an abundance of indoor and outdoor seating and views of Wellington harbour, Chocolate Fish is only a few minutes drive from Wellington Airport, and 15 minutes from the CBD.

OUR FOOD

We have taken Kiwiana to the extreme, serving delicious fresh seafood with a twist. Our specialty is artisan style barbequed seafood sammies, with garlic aioli and greens.
We don't stop there, we have a with a variety of non seafood items cooked on our BBQ, as well as yummy cakes, scones, meringues, ice creams and ice blocks.
If you are looking for gluten and dairy free, or vegetarian options, our menu has you covered.

For those of you that need a little some extra to unwind, we have a range of craft beer, cider and local wines to tempt you with.
